● This parking discount exempts parking fees for the hours calculated from the time of entry (from 10 AM to 10 PM). If the free parking hours redeemed are exceeded, the standard hourly parking fee for that parking lot will apply. GO PARK Sai Sha will charge for parking at an hourly rate thereafter, and unless otherwise specified, parking for less than one hour will also be counted as one hour. (This parking discount is limited to private cars and does not apply to any commercial vehicles.)
● The promotion period, terms and conditions of every designated parking privilege is different. For details, please contact our staff at G/F Customer Care Center or refer to poster on site. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
● Each vehicle is eligible to register for the parking privilege only once per day and can enjoy a maximum of free parking privileges including other parking promotions up to 4 hours (The above free parking hours include the designated promotional parking privileges).
● Free Parking privilege will be offered to patrons with spending by Electronic Payment (Credit card, EPS, Debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Union Pay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other Stored Value Facilities which is under supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance”) at GO PARK Sai Sha ( Maximum of 2 machine-printed receipts & e-payment slips can be accumulated from different stores) and within the drive-in time of the same day listed. Cash payment or handwritten/reprinted/photocopied receipts issued by the shop is not acceptable.
● Parking privileges accept purchase receipts of designated festival food vouchers (limited to mooncake vouchers, including ice cream mooncake vouchers, festive pastry vouchers, zongzi vouchers, and preserved sausage vouchers). However, the following receipts or vouchers from the following merchants or transactions are not accepted: GO PARK Sports facilities booking or program fee, AXA Dreamland booking fee or event tickets, fitness and beauty centers, exhibition venues, food trucks, temporary sales booths/Pop Up Stores (the list of merchants is subject to updates without prior notice, please contact the mall’s customer care ambassador for details), tuition/membership fees/monthly fees, ticket sales services (such as mall events, concert tickets) , travel agencies, transit bus stations, real estate agencies, nursing homes, clinics/dental clinics, parking lots, car wash and car grooming services, car products and services, vending cars, purchase or top-up of Octopus cards, any value-added services or payments, mail order, fax order, email order, telephone order, online shopping (excluding online purchase of movie tickets), any cable TV fees, telephone card expenses, goods exchange transactions, purchase or use of gift vouchers, cash vouchers, SHKP Malls coupons, SHKP Malls electronic coupons, gift cards, membership cards, loyalty cards, discount cards, value-added cards, shoe vouchers, soup vouchers, beverage vouchers, food vouchers, cake cards, and wedding gift vouchers (including but not limited to cake cards, Tang-style cake cards, wedding gift cards, and wedding gift vouchers), invoices paid in cash, handwritten/reprinted/photocopied receipts and payment stubs, refunds, outstanding or ineligible transactions.
● GO PARK Sai Sha reserves the right to request customers to present the original machine-printed receipt for on-site photocopying, verification, and registration of information for internal auditing purposes.
● The parking privilege is indivisible and non-transferrable, and cannot be converted into cash or cash-equivalent coupons. Separate payment receipts will not be accepted. Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into different receipts or payment slips for redemption. Therefore, the payment amount on the machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be the same.
● For installment payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption.
● Free Parking Privilege Redemption is only available at G/F Customer Care Centre. The parking fee will be counted at egress time. Customers cannot redeem free parking after paying at the automatic payment machines. The customer can get 15 minutes buffer time to leave after using automatic payment machines. If patron parks over the concession period, the privilege parking fees will be duly charged according to the payment schedule of the mall.
● The latest parking promotions are subject to on-site announcements.
● The redemption process for this parking offer must be completed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the same day.
● Vehicle owners must use the same Octopus card or contactless license plate to enter and exit the parking lot and to redeem the parking offer; otherwise, the redeemed parking
offer will be considered invalid.
● Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Ltd and GO PARK Sai Sha reserve the right of revision on all terms and conditions. Programs are subject to change without prior notice.
● In case of any disputes, the decision of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Ltd and GO PARK Sai Sha shall be final and conclusive.
