Welcome to GO PARK Sai Sha! When bringing your furry friend, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Keep your pet well-controlled to avoid causing disturbances to others.
2. Never leave your pet unattended.
3. When inside, all pets must be leashed, carried in a pet stroller, bag, or held. Medium to large pets (over 40cm long/over 20kg). Pet stroller lending services available at G/F Customer Care Centre.
4. Ensure proper handling and cleanup of your pet’s waste.
5. Bring adequate absorbent materials for cleaning up after your pet.
6. Avoid letting your pet relieve itself anywhere; make sure they use designated absorbent materials.
7. Dispose of your pet’s waste properly in the provided bins.
8. Pets are not allowed in G/F Adventure Land, G/F Skate Park and 2/F Playground .
9. If any misbehavior is found, pet owners and their pet may be asked to leave the mall.
10. According to the Food Businesses Requirements, dogs other than guide dogs are not allowed to enter restaurants and supermarket areas.
11. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused to the Pet Park by the furry member. If any damage is found, the mall reserves the right to charge the cleaning fee and maintenance fee. The fee will be determined after inspection of the damage caused.
12. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself and your furry members, Sun Hung Kai Properties and GO PARK Sai Sha will not be liable for any losses or damages caused during the event.
