Rule
1. Each participant needs to take photos at one of the three Christmas town scenes within Shop G23, share the post on Instagram, and tag @goparksaisha and @petpetexpress with the hashtag #GO萌寵飄雪聖誕 to automatically enter the competition.
2. Winners will be selected by professional judges, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners (3 prizes in total).
3. The 1st place winner will receive a snack gift pack worth HK$600; the 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a Japanese additive-free snack gift pack worth HK$300.
4. All participants must complete the entry process between November 22, 2025 and December 7, 2025.
5. There is no limit to the number of times each participant can upload photos, but each person can only win once for each prize category.
6. To ensure fairness, employees of the organizers and their agents are not eligible to participate. 7. Upon submission, all entries constitute an irrevocable, perpetual, and non-exclusive license granted by the entrant, and to ensure that its members grant, the organizer and/or its authorized third parties, for any purpose—including advertising, publicity, promotion, or other purposes approved by the organizer—whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere, through any means or method approved by the organizer, and on any platform approved by the organizer and/or its authorized third parties, without prior notice or consent from the entrant or its members, or by providing any indemnity.
8. The entrant declares and undertakes that it and its members are the sole copyright holders of the submitted works, and to the best of the entrant’s knowledge, no third party has any complaint or claim against the submitted works.
9. The entrant declares and undertakes that the submitted works (including photographs or images, their names, and descriptions) are original works personally taken by the entrant or its members on the date of the competition.
10. Participants declare that all submissions do not:
a. violate or contravene applicable laws or rules, or involve, violate, or contravene elements of applicable laws or rules, including but not limited to criminal, violent, obscene, indecent, defamatory, libelous, invasion of privacy, or threatening content;
b. infringe or contravene any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, or other property rights held by third parties, whether or not you were aware of such property rights;
c. contain any confidential information of third parties;
d. contain photographs taken without the prior consent of any individual or group;
e. promote or solicit funds or goods for sale or services.
11. The organizer will not be liable for any legal or other responsibility if a participant’s submitted work infringes or contravenes the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and/or violates any laws, regulations, or rules.
12. If the organizer faces any claim based on contract law, tort law, or other laws, or is subject to any investigation by any competent authority due to any alleged rights existing in the submitted works or infringement of such rights, or due to any information submitted by participants, the participant is responsible for indemnifying the organizer from and against any claims and investigations arising therefrom, and shall fully indemnify the organizer for any direct or indirect losses and damages, lost profits, reputational damage, and/or other consequential losses and damages, and shall also compensate the organizer for all expenses, costs, and additional losses and damages incurred in causing the organizer to face such claims and investigations.
13. GO PARK Sai Sha and the organizer have the sole and absolute right to cancel, postpone, or change the details of the event without prior notice to any party.
14. The organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel or exclude a participant from the activity without prior notice if any of the following occurs:
a. Breach of this agreement or rules;
b. Provision of false, incomplete, or inconsistent personal information;
c. Participation in the activity through illegal or dishonest means; or
d. The organizer reasonably deems it appropriate to disqualify or exclude the participant.
15. The organizer shall not be liable for any losses caused by any problems or technical failures of the communication network, network system or computer hardware and software problems or failures, security vulnerabilities; or any actions or omissions by the participant during online registration. Registered participants must check the system requirements in advance to avoid any of the above problems.
16. All registration times are based on Hong Kong time; late registrations are invalid.
17. In case of any dispute, Sun Hung Kai Properties Agency Limited, GO PARK Sai Sha, and the organizer reserve the right of final decision.
18. GO PARK Sai Sha and the organizer reserve the right to modify, delete, add to and interpret this agreement from time to time.
